The Pop-Shovit Underflip is a rare and peculiar trick, but it looks sick and perfect for a game of S.K.A.T.E. To try this trick, you must be very, very good at pop-shovits. Impossibles and 360flips may also help.
这是个很少见非常难的动作,在玩S.K.A.T.E.游戏时常常是制胜的一招,要练习这个动作,你得非常非常熟练做pop-shovits,绕脚跳板和大乱会的话,练起来就有帮助。
1: The success of this trick is all in your stance. Place your back foot on the tail with your toes hanging over the edge. The ball of your foot should still be firm on the board, but the entire toe section of your shoe should be off. The position of your front foot doesn't matter, it's not really used in this trick. Also have most of your weight over your front foot.
1 这个动作的成败和站位很有关系,后脚放在板尾,脚尖挂出,但脚大拇指仍要站得很稳,前脚位置关系不大,起的作用不明显,当然人的中心(重心)是在前脚上。 2: Jumping high from your front foot, pop the pop-shovit, with your back foot still in the toe-hanging position. The pop-shovit should be very vertical. This will make it easier to get your back toes under the board.
2 前脚用力尽量跳得高些,做个倒板,后脚脚尖仍保持和板粘着,倒板应垂持直一些转动,这样更容易让后脚脚尖在板下。
3: As the board raises and spins, keep contact with the board with the side of your big toe.Rather than slapping the tail and lifting your foot away, lift your back foot straight up and "through" the board, so your toes will flip it on the way up. Be gentle, dont kick it, flick it.
3 随着板的抬升和转动,后脚脚尖保持和板接触,而不要用力击板尾离开板,后脚尖向上抬时要沿着板边缘轻轻地滑过,不是踢掉,也不是甩出。 4: Once the board is just completing its spin, your toes should still be touching the board, although now they are just underneath it. Continue to pull your back foot upward now to start the "underflip". Don't kick forward or out, just continue pulling your foot up.

Catching the board is easy, both feet are above the board and ready to land and the board will (hopefully) seem to suck up to your feet.
5 如果做的正确,板应该会翻转的,太快了,别人一下子看不出你做了什么动作,双脚抓住板就很容易了,因为双脚都在空中准备下落,而板会往上吸住你的脚。 6: Land solid, ride away clean, and think about how good this trick feels.If you cant get your toes under the board, make your popshovits more vertical.If that doesnt work, hang more of your back foot over the edge.If you can start the flip but dont have enough time in the air, jump higher (very high) and bring your backfoot up faster.If you end up launching the board in the air with the flip, you may be kicking forward too much.If the board keeps spinning further than a 180, stomp your back foot more rather than scooping it.
6 干净利落地着地并滑开,想着感觉起来有多么爽,
如果做不到让脚尖在板下,使倒板更竖立一些,
还不行的话后脚站得更往边上一些,
若能翻板了,但在空中时间不够,跳的更高些并后脚提拉得更快些
若在你前方转(不到180度)不在你脚底你可能往前踢的太用力了
若板转动超过180度,后脚在空中宁可停一下也不要继续拉。
